Animal-Friendly Team
Executive House Cleaning loves animals and is comfortable working in homes where pets are present. We use name-brand cleaning products selected to be nonhazardous to household pets when used as directed. Please let us know about pets, sensitivities, or special instructions before service.
Biohazardous Waste Policy
Executive House Cleaning does not remove, clean, or dispose of biohazardous waste.
This includes blood, bodily fluids, animal waste beyond normal household cleaning, medical waste, hazardous materials, pest infestations, mold remediation, and hoarding conditions requiring specialized cleanup.
Right to Refuse Service
Executive House Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a home or job site presents unsafe, unsanitary, hazardous, or unreasonable working conditions.
Examples may include aggressive animals, unsafe access, biohazardous materials, active pest infestations, mold concerns, excessive clutter preventing safe cleaning, or conditions outside normal residential cleaning.
Scope of Work
Services are based on the selected cleaning type and the agreed scope. Items outside the agreed scope may require additional discussion, scheduling, or pricing.
Customer Preparation
Customers should secure valuables, remove excessive clutter where possible, and notify the company about pets, fragile items, access instructions, or special concerns before service.
Trash and Items Outside Scope
Executive House Cleaning removes trash generated by our cleaning work. Customers are responsible for removing household trash, bulk items, unwanted personal belongings, and any items outside the agreed cleaning scope unless otherwise discussed during the estimate.
Products and Supplies
Executive House Cleaning provides name-brand cleaning supplies and equipment. We use name-brand cleaning products selected to be nonhazardous to household pets when used as directed. Customers with specific product sensitivities or preferences should mention them before scheduling.
Small Office Cleaning
Small office cleaning is available by inquiry for select small businesses, but the company's primary focus is residential house cleaning.
Developer Note
The client should have the final Service Policies and Privacy Policy reviewed by a qualified attorney if they want legal certainty.
